PROJECT HALO FOUNDATION represents an innovative strategy designed to detect fires near inception and swiftly communicate their location (lat/long) directly to local individuals, county commissioners, and/or closest first responders within 30 seconds. "This new Concept of Operations (CONOPS)" provides a paradigm shift from recovering from wildfires to stopping wildfires before they start. This is accomplished by a single satellite at GEO Orbit. We already demonstrated this from space in DOD.
